At Arctive, our goal is to be an extension of your team within the competitive candidate market. With this, our approach invariably starts with developing a deep understanding of your company, and team. It is imperative for us to understand not only the parameters of the role you are looking to fill, but also the culture, ethos, and goals your team operates with on daily basis. These are the values we will carry throughout the search, ensuring each profile put forward is vetted to the highest standard possible.
As part of our service, we will conduct a primary 'market map' providing insights into the broader market as it relates to your current needs. This includes, salary benchmarking, initial candidate examples, competitor insights, assistance crafting job descriptions, and more. This stage can prove to be extremely informative for hiring teams, particularly those who are still exploring the what the ideal role/candidate profile is for them.
This is where the rubber meets the road. Within this stage, an in-depth outreach and vetting process will begin. By utilizing our extensive pre-existing network, and various tools for new candidate sourcing we will begin to curate a deep pool of prospective profiles based on pre-established parameters. The individuals in this pool will go through several rounds of introductory, technical, and cultural vetting rounds to establish not only a fit on paper, but also a strong fit when it comes to operating style, culture, and aspirations.
After our identification & vetting process, we will shortlist the top candidates into a clear and digestible format including all of the key information, resumes, and our personal thoughts as to why they could be fit based on information gleaned during our vetting stage. As a rule of thumb we aim to present our first shortlist with 1 week of commencing the search, with 6 - 8 candidates per shortlist. This is also an ongoing process, while your team reviews / interviews candidates from the first shortlist, we will continue to conduct our search and curate shortlists in the background to ensure no stone is left unturned.
Each process can vary considerably in structure and duration. We will be able to advise and provide direction based on similar processes we have ran in the past and best practice when it comes to ensuring all boxes are ticked. Regardless of how you wish to structure the interview process, it is our job to help things run a smoothly as possible. We will act as a bridge between client and candidate, managing scheduling and the set up of each stage, providing feedback to and from both parties, and ultimately managing expectations throughout and ensuring there are no crossed wires.
Once the perfect fit has been identified, it is essential that the crafting and extension of an offer is handled with the upmost due diligence. A full breakdown of candidates expectations will be provided within the shortlisting phase, and these are expectations we will continue to manage throughout the process, allowing us to provide deep insights into what may be required to successfully secure the perfect candidate for your team.
Our job doesn't end with an accepted offer. Post placement care is crucial to making sure all onboarding efforts run smooth. Our team will be available 24/7 to assist with any onboarding queries or concerns.
